So i’ve seen loads of blogs post groceries list so I thought I’d do it too!
Protein Options
Protein powder (big must have!! Especially for those on a veggie diet, you can get ones suited for you. I recommend buying plain protein powder and doing the rest yourself, then that allows a higher % of protein per serving. The flavored ones are great but have a bit more carbs and less protein.) MyProtein is great to get some awesome deals.
Chicken breast (don’t forget to trim the fat if there’s still some on there)
Tuna | I love tuna so much! Canned tuna is just fine.
Salmon | Fresh is fab, you can get it frozen too although fresh is ideal.
Any other fresh fish - red mullet and trout is good too.
